Plans, directs, and coordinates the business aspects of the organizations products and/or services. To manage all the marketing activities to promote for hospital services, Increase revenues by setting marketing plans and budgets. Develops the Marketing department’s annual business plan and budget in line with the Hospital’s strategic direction. Plans marketing and promotional activities to enhance the hospital image and increase Profit in coordination with the other Hospital functions. Setting the Marketing’s goals and objectives, methods and procedures to attain such goals. Develops and recommends integrated plans to optimize market share and profitability of existing or new business lines. Develops pricing plans based on analysis of competitive activity, market conditions, marketing plans and ability to meet expectations. Develops required organization and continuity of manpower. Develops annual and long range profit performance plans and budget expectations. Periodically reviews and checks the working methods against pre-set standards and recommends improvements. Direct the Marketing’s Campaign to achieve optimum exposure of the Hospital Services. Provides direction and supervision in order to minimize costs. Directs all marketing functions to ensure achievement of the Marketing’s objectives and strategies. Determines and evaluates all factors that could affect the market planning, such as economic climate, employment situation, competitive atmosphere.
Qualifications B. Sc. In any Medical discipline, Masters degree (M. A.) or equivalent.
