Description - Assure that all prescription drugs & OTC medications and controlled substances are safe and secure in the Pharmacy - Be present at least for 40 hours per week - Complete all products inventory to ensure full availability of all customers needs through managing a system of inventory record keeping and control to detect any shortages or discrepancies in inventories at the earliest possible time - Control of all keys to the Pharmacy as well as the ultimate security of the Pharmacy - Manage all Pharmacy employees including Pharmacists, Delivery Men, Assistant Pharmacists and others to ensure full schedule coverage and best consumer service - Handle all Pharmacy employees monthly bonuses as per the group policy and their performance - Achieve monthly targets of sales - Maintain the satisfaction of all Clients through the best delivery of their daily prescriptions and requirements - Ensure all insurance-prescriptions are rightly dispensed and priced.
Qualifications Past managerial experiences preferably in the pharmacy field.
