Description Responding to Customer Complaint. Visiting the customer and listening to his complaint carefully. Compiling data from the customer on date of delivery, appearance of defects and all the other details of the complaint. Tracing the cause of the problem with production department. Get involved with other concerned departments the action taken to prevent the repetition of the complaint and to eliminate the root cause of the problem. Monitoring the implementation of the agreed upon actions to prevent the problem Agree with sales on the proper action whether to compensate the customer or any other pertinent action. Informing the customer with the agreed upon action and Plan of Action to avoid repetition. Preparing and filing the proper forms and reports. Preparing the built in statistics on complaints. Preparing annual report on complaints covering segregation , analysis , compensation
Qualifications Engineering University Degree. Proficient English language Skills. Computer Skills (Office - Windows). Good knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and procedures. Good analytical ability to gather and interpret technical information and to develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
