Description Establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives. Developing action plans, measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions. Dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills. Implementing and ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Managing talent and succession planning, taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns. Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement. Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates. Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management. Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits. Negotiating with staff and their representatives (for example, trade union officials). Interpreting and advising on employment law. dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures; Planning and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff. Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.

Qualifications Bachelor Degree in a related field.  HR Diploma.
