Description -Handling the recruitment process including identification of staffing needs, preparing Job Descriptions, advertising Job Ads, screening cvs, short listing and interviewing candidates. -Preparing orientation programs for newly hired staff as well as exit interviews. -Supervises Performance Appraisal Programs and ensures they are carried out periodically and effectively. -Analyzing training needs in coordination with departmental managers, and assist in designing and developing training programs based on actual needs, as well as monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. -Conducts salary surveys to determine competitive rate within the market. -Process monthly payroll and monitoring all factors affecting the payroll including sick leave, vacations, overtime, new hires, and resignations reports -Monitoring attendance and working shifts for the factory staff. -Maintains employees personal files as per the Egyptian law. -Follows up on contracts renewal. -Dealing and following up with the social insurance office and labor office.
Qualifications -From 3-10 years experience -Strong experience working on HR systems/programs. -Strong experience in the Egyptian Labour Law. -Strong experience in recruitment, performance appraisal and training. -Experience in factories is preferable. -Proficiency in English language. -High organization and communication skills
