Description Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value. Prepare necessary paperwork. Maintain and update listings of available brands. Remain knowledgeable about retail markets and best practices. Computer literate on spreadsheets, word processing and web-based marketing software. Knowledge and understanding of the commercial leasing process.
Qualifications 1) previous experience as a sales person (specially leasing mall units) , from 3-5 years. 2) Listening to clients requirements and presenting appropriately to make a high sale with perfect communication skills. 3) Excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
