Description 1) Gain good knowledge of market retail and market changes in order to maximize opportunities for additional revenues and ensure clients satisfaction. 2) Obtains client information, achieves maximum sales profitability and growth. 3) Give clients clear idea on company`s profile, present and lease company`s unites to potential and suitable clients. 4) Excite and Surprise clients with info about the currents lessee in a positive way to exceed their expectations. 5) Ability to negotiate and close with tenants (current or prospective) in a professional manner. 6) Proven background of closing commercial leasing deals.
Qualifications 1) previous experience in field of leasing unites (specially leasing mall units) , from 10-15 years. 2) Listening to clients requirements and presenting appropriately to make a high sale with perfect communication skills. 3) Excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
