Description Study customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. • Prepares sales statistics reports for top management. • Prepares clients status reports. • Keeps records of and follows up on check, cash and credit collections. • Data entry of daily sales and allocating receipts to invoices and credit notes so that customer balances show the correct debt due to ensure that debtor information. • Accomplish assigned tasks and delivers reports in a timely manner. • Escalates problems to superiors. • Adheres to and follows company policies and procedures • Identify, analyze and implement new methods and techniques to determine sales growth • Handle customer complaints and solve conflicts within the company • Maintain good long term relationship with customers, sales staff and suppliers

Qualifications University Degree in business administration. • 3- 5 Experience in B2 B Specially Manufacturing Field • Excellent negotiation skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Interpersonal competences and presentation skills • Excellent telephone manners • Highly organized and good planner • Able to work under pressure • Able to meet deadlines • Team worker
