Description 1. Develop IT-fusions QMS for development and support processes. 2. Evaluate performed software project activities and work- products against IT-fusion standards. 3. Detect and report deviations, non-compliances, & quality risks resulting from software quality audits. 4. Track & follow up on deviations and detected issues till closure. 5. Report assigned project quality activities on a periodic basis. 6. Promote continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. 7. Provide training in all aspects of Quality Management Systems 8. A key team member in the SPIG (software process improvement group). 9. A key person to achieve the CMMI III for development and services. 10. Direct staff in the adherence to QA procedures 11. Help the management ensures that projects activities are complying with the organizations applicable processes and standards 12. Identification of any quality problems and recommended changes in quality standards where necessary 13. Verification that quality problems have been alleviated and corrected

Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree of engineering , Computer science or relevant 2. Minimum 5-years experience in Software and IT industry 3. Minimum 3-years experience in processes of Software development and/or IT service management and in quality models, approaches, and frameworks as CMMI, ITIL 4. Solid knowledge of different SDLCs. 5. Knowledge in SCRUM Agile Methodology.
