Description - Work as per the guidelines and instructions of the plant manager and deliver to the best of his abilities. - Perform and carry out any project undertaken by the Plant Manager. - Assist his seniors in developing a new project. - Improvise on existing engineering techniques in force in the company in order to make them more feasible and cost effective. - Apply the given basic guidelines and expected to showcase his engineering skills on them. - Cultivate and learn professional behavior and mannerisms from this Internship. - Work out an exhaustive budget and work through WCM methods for achieving the companys goal. - Provide continuous high quality support to the plant manager. Coordinate schedule, appointments and travel arrangements.
Qualifications He must be a quick observer and ready to learn new things. B.SC. in Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering, fresh graduate. He must have excellent interpersonal skills. He must have excellent organizational & time management skills. He must have analytical & planning skills Good knowledge of continuous improvement methods.
