Description -Perform the related preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the company maintenance program. -Supervise all maintenance contracts all over Egypt . -Coordinate scheduling of all routine maintenance works and ensure that all works is completed in a timely manner and support agreed on schedules. -Diagnose the problems, lead troubleshooting process; replace or repair parts, test and make adjustment, when required. -Identify required spare parts, tools, consumables and achieving cost reduction along with high efficiency of the machine. -Analyze, Identify and reduce equipment downtime along with identified repetitive electrical or control failures and interacting cross-functionally to develop process understanding to resolve issues or improve processes -Maintaining the system operation with high performance and efficiency to achieve it factory intended life time and maximum operation. -Performing maintenance and repairing systems according to manufacture recommendations. -Provide accurate data for the failure rate through identifying the current capability by tracking key line / equipment. -Periodically report metrics and data for the maintenance works and performance.

Qualifications -Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering -Good English language -Excellent computer skills -Min. 3-5 years of experience
