Description 1-Responsible for identifying hazards in the work place. 2-conduct investigations, and all safety reports 3- conduct Training and awareness on safety policies, procedures & regulation, 4- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal & state health & safety regulations & ensure necessary records are maintained & prepared according to established guidelines. 5- Participates in occupational safety & health administration (OSHA) inspections. 6-Providing inspectors with appropriate documents & identifying safety measures. 7- Familiar with OHSAS 18001 concepts & procedures. 8-providing advisories on the following topics: fire regulations , noise reduction, etc.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree (Engineering,Science), certificate of safety & health specialist from the occupational safety & health institute, fire fighting training, OSHA 18001 certificate - 3-5 years of experience
