Description - Handling documentation preparation.
- Ensuring delivering documents set to client in time.
- Coordinate with internal and external bodies to collect required data and documents.
- Ensure accuracy of documentations.
- Monitor cargo movement till delivery to client.
- Organize files manually and electronically.
- Ensuring the collection of drawback and subsidies in time with proper follow up.
- Preparing documents required by governmental authorities to release drawback and subsidies.
- Coordinate with governmental bodies including tariff & agriculture authorities.
- Coordinate in documents preparation.
- Coordinate in shipping booking.
Qualifications High school diploma/GED required 5+ years previous experience in logistics management or coordination Working knowledge of PC computer systems and cargo management software preferred Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. minimum Well-developed motivational and leadership s
