Description Purpose Responsible for the products quality assurance by improving and maintaining quality control methods to guarantee food safety and steady quality.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Sets and develops Quality assurance process and procedures according to international standards
- Monitors the current production process and make recommendations in terms of hygiene, food handling and processing to assure food safety
- Coordinates with the Logistics to have test samples of the raw materials to make sure its meeting standard specifications.
- Recommends and supervises storage quality standards.
- Applies tests on processed materials at different production stages to maintain the final product quality.
- Applies different kinds of tests as necessary; both microbial tests and other tests like: humidity and Oil Oxidation tests.
- Prepares regular reports of all quality recommendations and violations.
Qualifications Requirements: Minimum education requirement: - Bachelor degree in a Relevant Field Experience: - Three to Five years of experience as Quality Control & Food Safety - Experience in Food Production is a must Working Conditions: - Six Days a week
