Description 1. To prepare the Production Plan according to Marketing Plan and to manage the operation in the plant to fulfill the production budget plan.
2. To prepare Monthly Production Reports.
3. To assure the correct delivery of finished products to customers (amount, quality, date)
4. To manage the operation with the objective of fulfilling the long term/ intermediate term and short term plans and goals of the company.
5. To approve the corrective and preventive actions to assure the quality of the products and the quality of the job of every plant department.
To maintain and continual improve the infrastructure of the plant.
6. To help in marketing activities and helping top management in achieving budgets and targets.
7-Acting as Environmental Management Representative responsible for implementing and improving EN 14001:2004 and reporting to Top Management.
Qualifications - Previous experience in similar role is recommended. - Having good understanding of Operations . - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as a team player. - Competence in Microsoft Office products and accounting software programs. - Excellent writing and reporting skills. - Self motivated individual with the Ability to work under pressure. - Sales & Marketing - A knowledge In HES
