Description 1. Reviewing and approving the accounting documents, prepared by Accountants according to the standard accounting rules.
2. Preparing payment of the company to different sides, approve by CEO and issuing required cheques.
3. Reviewing and approving the purchasing invoices.
4. Reviewing the customers financial situation and give indication to Logistic and Sales Managers about payment problems and the approved financial credit limit for each customer.
5. Preparing monthly incoming plan, and following execution according to cash flow.
6. Jointly with Logistic Manager prepare Cash Flow plan to assure all availability for the payment of purchased goods, includes the foreign currency for the imported material.
7. Issuing and following to banks L/C documents, and arranging the required foreign currency on date of maturates.
8. Preparing cost control plan for all raw material and accessories.
9. Reviewing periodically reports for different Taxes Authorities.
10. Review the costs of all financial operation and employment the most cost efficient and value adding operation after obtaining appropriate approvals of management.
11. Preparing the monthly pay roll.
12. Preparing the company analysis financial reports to submit to CEO.
13. To present company to Taxes Authority.
14. Prepare every three months the Financial Balance of the Company.
Qualifications University graduate with finance or accounting specialization; - Min 5 years experience in a similar position; - Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred; - Knowledge in ERP; - Bi-Lingual Arabic & English; - Managed a team; - Knowledge of local accounting, VAT & Tax rules; - Knowledge of IFRS & Local Egyptian GAAP.
