Description Responsible for:
1. Determining to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
2. Documenting all customer contact activities into the CRM system and reporting to Executive Management on a weekly basis all activities and their outcomes
3. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
4. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
5. Gathering market and customer information.
6. Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers;
7. Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
8. Advising on forthcoming project developments;
9. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the customer service department, or entering figures into a computer system;
10. Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
11. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
12. Feeding future buying trends back to employers;
13. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
