Description 1. Responsible for the sales forecast, and monitoring the forecast accuracy as well as improving it
2. Responsible for the historical demand data analysis, per sales channel and region, and improving the sales trend
3. Aligning the forecast with the stakeholders (The brands country managers, the sales team, the financial department as well as the high board)
4. Lead the communication with our suppliers, including ordering, dispatching approval and monitoring the orders status until arrival to the company, as well as sending credit note claims if any.
5. Marking the priorities based on the sales & market need to all the concerned departments, including the financial department (The deposit plan), the logistics (The clearance priorities) & the factory (the production priorities) , to make sure all of them are aware of the short term plans and goals
6. Revise the monthly target with the sales team, as well as the promotion plan with the trade marketing, based on the baseline demand, and the market potential demand
7. Monitor the stock level of the top customers, to have a better insight of our stocks in the market
8. Working on the overall improvement of the planning cycle and service level
9. Prepare reports including and not limited to :
- Forecast accuracy & Fill rate
- Stock & sales report - Coverage & Days on hand reports
- Dashboard (Stocks pipeline, Stock TD Vs. target, Stocks days on hand, logistics performance monitoring, sales growth TD rate Vs. Last year)
- Inventory turnover & slow moving items
- Monitor the near expiry/expired goods level (Market returns & In house expiry) - (NPI : Non performing items)
Qualifications 1- Bachelor of Engineering or Business Administration - MBA preferred 2- Preferred - Supply chain certifications CPIM/CSCP 3- A previous experience as a Demand or supply planner ( 2 Years Minimum ), preferred for imported goods
