Description Manage, install and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
Provide 3rd level support.
Perfect knowledge working with Windows Server 2008R2 & 2012R2, dealing with group policy management, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
Working in High Availability Solution (Clustering and Load Balancing).
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
Troubleshoot issues and outages.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models as needed.
Preferred knowledge of Backups solutions.
Preferred knowledge of Fortigate Firewalls.
Preferred knowledge of virtualization software like VMware ESXI & vSphere.
Qualifications Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science. Must have CCNA/MCSA Linux will be Advance. 2 Years Experience in similar environment. ITIL preferred. Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms Excellent communication skills
