I am looking for 13 Call Center/ Customer Service Agents to be Hired in a supervisory role.
Requirements:
Previous Experience in call center / customer service industry for about 3-4 years is preferable.
Very Good English Level (you will deal with VIP foreigners).
Very Good reporting system (Reports & Email writing).
Excellent Microsoft office skills (Especially Excel).
Excellent Leadership skills.
#Heliopolis, #Nasr_City or near residents.
Males only are required (rotational shifts).
Net Package is 5,500 EGP.
