Description -Coordinate the annual budgeting process between the different stakeholders in the company. This includes preparing the process schedule, identifying required financial and operational inputs, managing data flow between departments, consolidating all budget details, coordinating review and approval meetings between relevant department representatives and top management
-Compile the monthly results reports based on performance indicators from different departments to be presented to top management.
-Prepare companys monthly best estimate based on actual results to date and expected updates to the annual budget.
-Coordinate and assist in the preparation of requested new project valuation analysis, business plans and other required ad hoc analysis.
-Identify possible improvement initiatives in coordination with department managers and follow up on implementation and results implications
-Coordinate the management review meetings with the different departments to report on financial and operational performance indicators.
Qualifications -Advanced analytical abilities attention to details. -Comprehensive macroeconomics and business knowledge, industry knowledge is a plus -Advanced skills in MS Office apps, Google Business Suite, ERP knowledge is a plus .
