Description As an ambassador for your brand, you will be demonstrating and recommending premium cosmetics and skincare. Excellent customer service skills are needed along with the ability to maximize sales at every opportunity. This is an exciting role in which you will participate in product launches to attract new customers and build a great rapport with existing ones.
- Briefing and detailing pharmacies and walk-in customers about ( our brand ) products to encourage them to make orders.
- Market Intelligence and gathering the requested audit data.
- Detect availability of ( our brand ) products in pharmacies.
- Detect prices of ( our brand ) products in pharmacies.
- Comments from Trade on how to increase business opportunities with ( our brand ) and how
- Monitor competitor in terms of their presence and their trade marketing activities.
- Agreement with the trade ( Pharmacies) on the branding in terms of: See-Through, Roll Ups, Stands ,Plastic Bags, Mouse Pads, Magnet Branded Clips and Signage of pharmacies along with taking pictures
- Take orders from pharmacies and share these orders with ( our brand ) Management to share the same with Sales/ distributors
- Follow up on order delivery in the next visit to the same pharmacies and report findings for prompt actions to be taken if needed.
Qualifications - A minimum of 1 year experience in sales, cosmetics or beauty products, preferable with experience in visiting Pharmacies - Good communication and presentation skills - All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
