Description 1. Assists in setting the suppliers evaluation criteria.
2. Prepare and distributes questionnaire to the suppliers, analyzes completed questionnaire to identify the suppliers of choice ensuring that they are matching IFMC s suppliers qualification requirements and reflect suppliers reliability.
3. Establishes, maintains vendor databases and administers assigned categories and product codes;
4. Negotiates with the identified suppliers for main components based on; best available prices, lead-time, payment terms, quality, and flexibility.
5. Prepares and Updates regularly the Preferred Suppliers List and submits to the Senior Procurement Specialist.
6. Prepares the monthly activity report highlighting, material prices, payment terms and submit it .
7- Understanding and keeping up with new trends and regulations in the business
8-Understanding technology and managing online systems such as -auctions and -tendering
Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
Qualifications - B.Sc. in any discipline - 5-15 years of experience in a relevant field and industry
