Description 1. Drafting and revising contracts, agreements and legal documents.
2. Providing the required legal study on the proposed leased assets.
3. Following up and monitoring the Real Estate assets transfer of ownership registration process.
4. Conduct legal research and providing instant legal consultation and support to the Companys departments on various matters.
Qualifications - Excellent awareness with Mortgage & Leasing Finance status and the procedures - Excellent awareness with the measures and rules to implement the sanctions on the defaulted clients - Full awareness with the related governmental and local financial regulations - candidate should have experience in Mortgage Finance or Leasing
