Description Curriculum development
 Attend ToT curriculum delivered by the master trainer so the project has the same message to be delivered to farmers and other sectors.

 Farmers capacity building
 Discuss technical training needs of the ERAS Project farmers and training staff;
 Provide training to ERAS farmers and beneficiaries in each governorate to ensure that they are capable of effectively implementing the project interventions

 Farmers Follow up Visits
 Assess implementation of training recommendations.
 Identify and resolve any field issue as requested.
 Supervise and assess the technical assistants performance.
 4. DELIVERABLES:
 Written report on results of training implementation;
 Field assessment of farmers technical progress:
 Technical recommendation responding to farmers queries,
 Identification of production challenges and practical solutions

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 3-5 Experience implementing field training. Advance relevant degree Expertise related to vegetable integrated management practices. Previous work experience in development project with small farmers is preferable. Experience university/ ATS students is preferable

Other Skills Feed the Future Egypt Rural Agribusiness Strengthening Project (ERAS) is a five-year USAID-funded activity, supported by the U.S. governments Feed the Future initiative. The project aims improve the competitiveness of Egypts horticulture producers and related down-stream businesses and food processors. The project promotes a more competitive and inclusive Egyptian economy through growth in selected horticultural sectors with special focus on securing employment and increasing agriculture-related incomes of smallholder farmers. The project will work in greater Cairo, Upper Egypt, and the Nile Delta, through three strategic regional offices in Luxor, Minya and Gharbia, in addition to the main office in Cairo. The projects implementation period is from August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2023
