Description Assist customers who are seeking mortgage loans.
- Assist the customer in determining the proper loan program.
- Build relationships with external business partners such as housing agents, and brokers to achieve mortgage product targets and service.
- Provide efficient and prompt service to Dealers and customers at all time.
- Actively participate in all sales activities.
- Following up and coordination with internal departments to finish the loan process.
- Completing the loan application to Ensure that all documentation needed for the loan are complete.
- Adherence to the companys sales policy and direction.
- Dealing with delinquent to settle the outstanding installments.
Qualifications - Relevant working experience at least 6 years in home loans mortgage products - A proven track record in home loans mortgage products. - Good interpersonal & communication skills. - Strong initiatives & ambitious.
