Job Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant

As we continue to expand our operations, we’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team. Job Responsibilities:
Process, review, and manage incoming invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Reconcile vendor accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline accounts payable processes.
Contribute to improving financial reporting systems and enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or similar accounting role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the financial services or brokerage industry is a plus.
