We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:
· Support the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company objectives.
· Analyze financial performance, key metrics, and trends, providing data-driven insights to management.
· Assist in strategic decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial risks, identify cost efficiencies, and evaluate investment opportunities.
· Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and enhancements in financial analysis tools.
· Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership to support business decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
o Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (certifications like CFA/CPA/CMA are a plus).
o Experience: 7 years in FP&A or related financial roles, with expertise in financial modeling and corporate finance.
o Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
o Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details, and excellent communication abilities.
