Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing employees' daily attendance and leave records, preparing payroll-related reports, and managing employee medical insurance requests. The role ensures compliance with company policies and labor regulations while providing necessary support to employees regarding attendance, payroll, and medical insurance matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in HR operations or personnel management, preferably in real estate or construction.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong experience in data analysis and HR reporting.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred: Experience handling site employees and HR challenges in construction.
