Job Description
-Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
-Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
-Maintain and organize company records, invoices, and documents.
-Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
-Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and procurement as needed.
-Support customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
-Assist in follow-ups with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams.
-Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
-1-3 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
