JOB TITLE
Vendor Management Procurement Manager | MAF Global Solutions | Procurement

ROLE SUMMARY
Manage the effective provision of all Procurement routine operations, from reviewing PRs/POs, purchase orders issue, creation, amending, cancellation of CPAs & BPA, as well as risk and compliance monitoring and reporting, supporting all operating countries and all MAF OPCOs globally.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Support in Developing the strategic roadmap and annual budget for PO operations in association with the PO Ops. & VM Lead Procurement
  • Manage the review of purchase requisitions (PRs) and creation of POs/BPAs etc. in line with the standard operating procedures
  • Regularly audit company policies and procedures, best practices and documents as well as transactions processed, in order to identify possible weaknesses, risks, issues or breaches.
  • Maintain product and service catalogues, checklists, due diligence schedules for self and team as well as end-users, perform regular due diligences as required
  • Develop plans and actions as well as platforms to meet set KPIs and SLAs, regularly review all systems and processes to identify potential for further efficiencies
  • Make sure all tasks and transactions are processed on time and within the desired quality and performance parameters to avoid any business disruptions
  • Liaise with Finance/AP and others in order to manage payment terms, timely receipting, invoice processing etc
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations, act as Internal/External Audit liaison


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferably BE/B.Tech) required
  • Min 7 years of overall experience in Procurement
  • Digitization experience (ERPs, E-Sourcing, databases, system based processes and routines
  • Extensive experience in processing Purchase Orders and setup catalogues/BPAs
  • Experience in Internal Audit and collaboration, compilation of audit reports and creation; experience in conducting self-audits/due diligences and assessments as a practice, and capable to proactively trouble shoot
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
