𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and reports.
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
• 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in HR services or outsourcing).
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
