About the Role:
Mashura Company is a specialized consultancy firm providing expert Personnel & Payroll services to client companies.
We support businesses by managing their employee documentation, payroll processing, and ensuring full compliance with labor and social insurance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR records
• Handle all social insurance procedures (Form 1, 2, 6)
• Process payroll monthly with all related calculations
• Prepare payroll reports, including taxes, deductions, overtime, and penalties
• Ensure legal compliance with labor law and company policies
• Answer clients questions related to salaries, leaves, and documentation
• dealing with government agencies such as the labor office and the social insurance office
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• HR Diploma is a must
• 0–2 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor and insurance laws
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Preferably residing near Masr El-Gedida
