 Vacancy: Customer Service Officer (Face to Face)

Location: Mall of Arabia

Part of the duties/responsibilities:
- Interact with customers as per the customer service standards.
- Maintain the mall's image by complying with appearance and attendance standards.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Mall of Arabia services, facilities, stores/locations, and promotional activities to handle product and service inquiries and update the database sheet on a daily basis at all desks.
- Proactively solicit feedback and suggestions while making regular surveys with customers to enhance our services.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service Manager and internal departments with regard to the mall’s reporting process and response procedures and maintain a clear understanding of customer services role and areas of responsibility (such as store guide, lost and found, taxi, and extended assistance to handicapped or special needs customers).
- Create memorable customer interactions, assist customers, and provide excellent customer service by providing directions, information, answering questions, and performing other mall-specific duties as assigned in a pleasant manner reflecting warm hospitality.
- Solve and report the customer complaints and problems on the spot, and adhere to a time frame for the escalated complaints to the supervisory or managerial level.
- Assist with tenants’ memos, whether creation or distribution.
- Assist the marketing team in their promotions and activities conducted in the mall.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or any related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in the customer service field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
