Required for Organo Group – Warehouse Section Head
Work location: 6th of October🔳 Responsibility:
▪️ Supervise and ensure the effective implementation of policies and systems for receiving, storing, and distributing the company’s requirements in accordance with scheduled deadlines, while monitoring inventory levels.
▪️ Regularly monitor the movement and balances of items, ensuring continuous tracking. Also responsible for inspecting samples from these records and ensuring they match the movement of documents, distribution, and addition requests.
▪️ Ensure that all storage instructions are properly followed for each type and item of stored goods.
▪️ Coordinate with the Quality Control Department to inspect incoming goods and confirm their suitability before acceptance. Ensure that the inspection and receipt instructions are clear to the inspection and receipt representatives and are followed for materials, supplies, tools, machinery, and spare parts.
▪️ Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, storage operations, slow-moving items, stock quantities, values, and other relevant information, according to the approved system.
🔳 Requirements:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree
▪️ 8 to 10 years of experience in warehousing.
▪️ Preferred: Holder of a certificate specialized in warehouse management.
▪️ At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
▪️ Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
▪️ Previous experience using ERP systems.
