Need to hire: Sales Technology and Master Data Specialist.Location: 10th of Ramadan / Naser City.
Key responsibilities:
· Support sales operations by working closely with sales operations teams to streamline sales processes, generate reports, and provide insights based on data analysis.
· Provide technical support and training to sales teams on using sales technology and understanding data.
· Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and technology usage, recommending and implementing solutions.
· Manage and support sales technology, this includes CRM systems, sales automation tools (Sales Buzz), e-maps and other sales-related software.
· Ensure the Sales Technology Systems are configured correctly, integrated seamlessly, and used efficiently by the sales team.
· Provide technical support and training to sales teams on using sales technology and understanding data.
· Maintain master data, this involves managing critical data related to customers, products, pricing, and other sales-related information.
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systems.
· Conducting data cleansing and enrichment activities.
· Creating reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
Key skills and experience required
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience.
· Excellent English language skills.
· Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
· Experience in CRM and Sales Tools systems, especially Sales Buzz and other sales technologies.
· Experience in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft 365 Power Apps, C++.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
