EL Banna Group is seeking to hire a Purchasing Coordinator
Work Location: 10th of Ramadan City.Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
· Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and service.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
· Prepare and issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
· Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
· Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to procurement.
· Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in English commerce is a must.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement coordination.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Preferably residents of 10th of Ramadan City
