Quality Assurance Senior Specialist
Job Purpose:
Creating clear and structured corporate documents, evaluating internal controls, and collaborating with departments to ensure alignment with best practices. Implementing quality assurance policies, conducting Quality Internal audit, identifying processes and policies, and presenting solutions.
Job Description:
-Drafting policies, SOPs, manuals, and guidelines.
-Developing process flow diagrams and workflow charts.
-Simplifying complex processes into visual aids.
-Ensuring document compliance and updates.
-Formatting documents for professionalism.
-Implement Quality internal audit.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in a related scope.
-Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO14001
-3-5 years of experience in documentation and SOP writing.
-Experience with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.
-Strong drafting skills for clear and structured documents.
-Attention to detail in process analysis and documentation.
-Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
-Familiarity with construction, contracting, or corporate governance (preferred).
