“HR Personnel Coordinator” is required for Top Business Group.

Job location: Sheraton.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
- Communicate and follow up with governmental entities (Labor Office/Social Insurance Office).
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employee database, etc.) based on labor law.
- Prepare and submit insurance forms (Form 1 and Form 6) to Social Insurance.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide information on company offerings and assist customers in their usage.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements for enhanced satisfaction.
- Assist in the orientation process of new hires.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as required.
- Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with HR practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience from 1-2 years in Personnel.
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
