Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR Personnel Section, setting objectives and ensuring effective execution of HR operations
- Oversee personnel administration including employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Supervise, coach, and develop HR personnel staff, including performance evaluation and capacity building
- Manage employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate with payroll and health & safety functions to ensure integrated HR services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
