About the job
Your TasksSales Order Processing
Collect, create, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for customers, service providers, and internal processes
Maintain relevant data with regard to assortment and order forms
Collect, create, and maintain customer master data in SAP
Timely order processing
Coordinate with the Supply & Demand team on stock availability
Create transparency for customers on order status
Coordinate with logistics service providers on pick and pack, loading, and delivery
Manage Logistical Value Added Services (LAS) for deliveries when required
Ensure that the customer has all required documentation for clearance in case of cross-border shipments
Monitor deliveries up to the delivery point and Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt
Keep logistics service providers accountable to agreed KPIs

Relationship Management

Develop customer supply relationships with partners in order to fully understand their daily requirements
Understand key distribution routes and warehouse operations at partners
Develop relationships with key distribution/warehouse/transport personnel at partners
Proactively investigate and identify the root cause of queries
Implement improvement processes in order to achieve supply chain 
optimization. Reduce complexity wherever possible

Your Profile
Qualified Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain)
Preferred 1–2 years of supply chain work experience (i.e., customer service, supply chain analyst, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
Team worker and able to work autonomously with guidance
Collaborative with good interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships quickly
Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a “hands-on” style
Strong analytical ability
Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment
ERP experience (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
Proficiency in MS Excel
