Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and moderate all social media platforms (comments, DMs, reviews).
-Engage with the online community in a professional and brand-aligned tone.
-Coordinate with the marketing team to align responses with campaigns and promotions.
-Handle customer complaints and feedback efficiently.
-Monitor online brand reputation and escalate issues when needed.
-Support content ideas based on audience interaction and trends.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Marketing, F&B, or Social Media moderation.
-Strong understanding of the F&B industry and customer behavior.
-Excellent English & Arabic communication skills.
-Experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, and social listening tools.
-Ability to respond under pressure and manage crisis situations professionally.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused mindset.
