Design:Social media posts & ads
App promo visuals
Website banners & landing visuals
Pitch decks & presentations
Maintain brand consistency
Create ad variations (A/B testing)
Work with marketing & growth team
Prepare assets for launch campaigns
Engagement rate on creatives
Ad CTR improvement
Brand consistency across platforms
Speed & quality of delivery, or SaaS
Designed for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok
Experience with UI kits / app visuals
Understands branding + performance marketing

Job Requirements

• Required Experience
•  3–5 years experience
• Strong portfolio (not Behance-only — real brands or apps)
• Experience with digital products / apps / platforms
• Social media + ad creatives experience
• Ideal (Big Plus)
• Worked with startups, marketplaces, or SaaS
• Designed for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok
• Experience with UI kits / app visuals
• Understands branding + performance marketing

• Skills Required
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (must)
• Figma
• Typography & brand systems

• Knows how to design for:
• CTR
• Conversion
• Trust
• Motion graphics background is a plus
• Proficiency with using AI tools
