Job Overview

We’re looking for a confident English speaker to conduct online video meetings with potential candidates. This role is fully remote and requires around 3 hours per day. No technical HR background needed — strong communication skills are the main requirement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct video interviews with potential candidates (in English)
• Ask structured screening questions
• Evaluate basic communication and suitability
• Record short notes after each meeting
• Report daily summary of interviews conducted

Working Hours

• 3 hours per day
• Fully remote
