- Kuwaiti and Syrian accent is a must
- Strong skills in Customer Support and providing excellent Customer Service
- Effective Communication skills and experience in Contact Centers
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy and familiarity with relevant tools and systems
- Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
- Working days: 5 days - Two Rotational days off
