Job Description
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide accurate information about products or services, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • maintain proper documentation of customer interactions, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.

Job Requirements
  • Kuwaiti and Syrian accent is a must
  • Strong skills in Customer Support and providing excellent Customer Service
  • Effective Communication skills and experience in Contact Centers
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy and familiarity with relevant tools and systems
  • Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
  • Working days: 5 days - Two Rotational days off
  • Working hours: 8 hours Rotational
