Job description

• What you´ll doSupporting Product Developers, Application engineers and internal stakeholders with preparation of Technical Data Sheets (TDS) – Manuals for Adhesive products.
• Creation, conversion and maintenance of TDS.
• Coordination of translation process of master TDS to other languages.
• Participation on ad-hoc projects related to TDS process.
• Responsibility for keeping track of the timing, reminding stakeholders to deliver their input.

What makes you a good fit

• University or College education – technical or chemical background is NOT required.
• At least one year of previous working experience (administration, coordination, etc.)
• Active level of English language (verbal and written) – communication with stakeholders on daily basis.
• Knowledge of standard office applications – MS Excel, Outlook.
• Analytical thinking, patience and independence.
• Process and detail-oriented personality.
• Solid communication, interpersonal and organization skills
