Internship Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales team.
• Manage and maintain office records and filing systems with meticulous attention to detail.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency.
• Utilize your Microsoft Office skills to create and edit documents, spreadsheets (especially with Microsoft Excel), and presentations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Internship Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
