Job Description
Core Responsibilities
1️⃣ Forecasting & Demand Analysis
Assist in preparing rolling demand forecasts (monthly & quarterly).
Analyze past sales trends, seasonal variations, and promotional impacts.
Support forecast validation with Sales & Marketing teams.
Maintain forecast data in ERP/MRP systems.

2️⃣ Production & Supply Coordination
Support preparation of production plans based on demand forecasts.
Coordinate with manufacturing and procurement for raw material planning.
Track production schedules and report delays.

3️⃣ Inventory & Expiry Control
Monitor finished goods inventory across warehouses.
Track slow-moving and near-expiry products.
Support inventory reconciliation activities.
Maintain optimum stock levels as per defined norms.

4️⃣ Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports.
Track KPIs such as service level, stock coverage, and forecast deviation.
Maintain planning records as per GMP requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / M.Pharm OR in Engineering (Industrial / Production / Supply Chain / Chemical)
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Good command over MS Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis)
• Basic knowledge of supply chain processes
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing workflow
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• SAP User
