Description (Management Consulting Department)Manage large scale complex projects Manage relationships with different stakeholders including client, partners etc. Manage the process of recruiting and relationship management with associates and consultants working on the project Manage the planning phase of the project ensuring resources are adequately allocated Manage the financial aspects of the project including budget monitoring, invoicing and financial reporting Lead and direct the project management team Ensure compliance to all client procedures and regulations
Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering •Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing projects with specific experience in the management of consulting projects •Previous experience in managing donor funded projects (USAID, EU, World Bank etc.) •A PMP certification is a plus •Able to design and develop reports •Able to negotiate with different stakeholders •Able to present to ideas to senior management level •Previous experience in leading and managing teams
