Description 1. Searching for locations according to internal clients requirements. 2. Contacting Finance department, in order to finalize the processes of payments for owners (prices, renting payments, insurance, down payments) 3. Directly contacting internal clients and conducting meetings with them, to discuss their needs and requirements and review the available alternatives. 4. Arranging visits to preview new sites and locations, and presenting reports with his recommendations regarding these locations after the visits. 5. Contacting Real Estate brokers and marketing companies, as searching channels, and participate in the negotiation process. 6. Accompany clients during their visits to the properties, either for selling or buying. 7. Settling a filing system for all Real Estate documents, creating and updating a database of properties that are compatible with company needs and financial resources.
Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance or Related Field • 3-5 years relevant work experience especially in corporate real estate. • Knowledge of real estate principles, law, lease administration and ethics • Proficient in managing software • Ability to be highly organized and detail oriented • Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills • Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritize
